The cooperation from purchasing with other specialist departments, especially technology is of great importance for the competitiveness of your company. The setup, the processes and also joint used methods and standards are not yet ripened out enough to optimally utilise the performance of your supplier basis, also in view of innovation and quality.

Approach

With selected product groups i.e. technology fields, we together with purchasing develop the required and relevant methodical building blocks and standards. Through an immediate application of this methodology, an overall strategy for these product groups is developed and implemented. The required processes for cooperation between purchasing, technology and supplier are developed parallel to one another.
